Challenge:

The client required a robust, scalable ERP solution for a 50-user operation, with seamless integration to external systems.


Our Solution:

We implemented and now maintain an Odoo Enterprise v13 system, delivering:

  • Deployment of key modules: CRM, Sales, Projects, Helpdesk, Inventory, Timesheets, Accounting.
  • Developed API integrations with:
    • Sage Intacct (Head Office ERP)
    • Cisco Helpdesk
  • Customized the Helpdesk module to meet Cisco’s specific business requirements.
  • Provided ongoing second-line support for the Odoo system.
  • Managed system upgrades from v13 to v15, and later to v17.

A Swimming Pool Sales and Installation Company in the UK

Challenge:

The client was using Odoo Community v8 but struggled to align it with their business processes.


Our Solution:

We transitioned them to Odoo Enterprise v17, now supporting over 30 users with:

  • Core modules: CRM, Sales, Projects, Helpdesk, Inventory, Barcoding, Accounting, and more.
  • API integrations with GoCardless, Xero, and logistics providers.
  • A fully integrated Odoo eCommerce platform.
  • Extensive customisations across business workflows.
  • Development of a custom Android Field Service App for their Pool Engineers.

Challenge:

The client needed a central ERP system integrated with their Magento web store.


Our Solution:

We implemented Odoo Community v8 and have provided ongoing support and enhancements, including:

  • Modules: Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Magento Connector, Accounting.
  • Customised the Magento Connector to meet specific business needs.
  • Developed API integrations to pull supplier product feeds.
  • Managed the cloud server infrastructure hosting the ERP.
  • Delivered training and support for the accounts team.

Operating on Odoo Community v7, the client sought to enhance their system usage and streamline operations.

  • Configured the Accounting module to align with their financial processes.

  • Delivered a fully functional Odoo eCommerce solution.
